This blog is my wellbeing journal. While I’m tracking my stuff, getting inspiration, motivating myself, journaling the things I’ve done, curating, and capturing great content, I might as well be sharing it. Community is a powerful thing. Others are directly and indirectly supporting me. I hope to do the same for anyone who wants to follow me.
If you’re expecting pics of gorgeous fit women and fresh fruit, you’ve come to the wrong place (for the most part). I appreciate those things and they may be motivating, but they are not well-being. What you’ll find here is content from good sources, solid opinions from great coaches, trainers, and nutritionists, plus some other stuff I might like.
Then, there are my workout notes. I am constantly trying to learn. I’m constantly adapting based on my goals and results. I borrow from the best sources I can find and do my best to execute their strategies, programs, protocols, and science. I try to credit my sources when I use their stuff. They are the professionals, I am an enthusiast. It’s important to know the difference.

I’m cool with reblogging or they wouldn’t be up here, just give me credit for my own content and I’ll try to do the same.
