May goal UPDATE: Looks like I’m going to get 18 sessions in, missing my goal by 2. If I was counting calories, that would be about 2000kcal I’m leaving on the table this month. I don’t count calories anymore, but quantifying your goals in such ways can be helpful to reinforce their importance.
